Cancellation Policy for the Holiday Packages

Paradise Northeast follows standard universal cancellation policy to ensure complete transparency on the entire Holiday/Tour package booked with us. In the event of cancellation of holiday/tour package due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, you have to notify us the same in writing at info[at]paradisenortheast[dot]com and call at +917636O55222. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one travelling with you:

  • If you cancel more than 21 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 20% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel between 21 Days and 7 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 35% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel between 7 Days and 24 Hours prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel less than 24 Hours prior to arrival, No refund will be provided.
  • Refund and Expected Timeline

  • All refunds will be transferred to a bank account of choice of the person of interest, as intimated during the cancellation request.
  • All refunds will be initiated wihtin the next 3 working days, post receipt of cancellation request.
  • Depending on the mode and nature of the transaction, the credit of refund should reflect in the receipient's bank account in between 5 to 15 days from the date of refund initiation.
