Itinerary

Day 1

Airport Pickup, Guwahati to Manas (160km/4hrs)

After receiving you at the airport, we will take you directly to Manas. Manas National Park and Tiger reserve is famous for its beautiful sceneries and for the habitat of tigers. It is situated in the Himalayan foothills near the border between Assam and Bhutan. It is a world heritage site, a tiger and elephant reserve, a biosphere reserve and home to a number of species like one horned rhinoceros, elephants, gaurs, tigers, clouded leopard, bear, dear, hog etc. The stay will be at Manas.

Day 2

Manas Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)

On this day, we will go out for sightseeing of Manas National Park. We will take you to elephant safari and jeep safari of the park. The stay will be at same place.

Day 3

Manas to Kaziranga (400km/7hrs)

From Manas we will take you to Kaziranga National Park in the morning. Kaziranga is a world heritage site of Assam. It is famous for the one horned rhinoceros, found nowhere in the world but in Assam. Kaziranga, with an area of around 430 aquare kilometers is also home to a number of wildlife species and migratory birds. We will be staying at Kaziranga.

Day 4

Kaziranga Sightseeing (80km/8hrs)

We will take you out for the national park sightseeing. First of all, we will go for the elephant safari of the national park early in the morning. Here you can have a view of the park from the back of an elephant. The elephant will take you through elephant trails and visit the places inside the jungle where normally jeeps or trekking is not possible. In this way you can have a closer look to the wildlife of the park. After that we will show you around Kaziranga, the local places like the orchid garden, the ethnic village, the tea gardens etc. We will again take you for another Jeep safari of the park in the afternoon. The stay will be at the same hotel in Kaziranga.

Day 5

Kaziranga to Majuli (135km/4hrs)

After breakfast, we will start towards Majuli. Majuli, which was recently declared the first island district of India, is a river island in the Brahmaputra River. It is a ver large inhabited island with an area of around 1250 square kilometers. The river island is so large that it is hard for the visitors to believe that they are actually in the middle of a river! If you are interested to meet the “Forest Man of India” Jadav Payeng, kindly inform us in the morning so that we can arrange on our way there (provided that he is available). If you don’t know Mr. Payeng, for your information, Mr. Payeng is an environmentalist who has created a forest of 1350 acres from a wasteland with his own hands. He was awarded with the civilian honour Padma Shri by the government of India. After reaching there, our stay will be at Majuli.

Day 6

Majuli Sightseeing (80km/7hrs)

In the morning, we will set out to explore the island. The main attractions of this island are the Vaishnavite culture of Hinduism and its traditions and cultures which are followed by many institutions and monasteries in Majuli and all over, the tribal villages, and most of all the cycle trips around the island. The stay will at the same place.

Day 7

Majuli to Nameri (255km/7hrs)

From Majuli we will take you to Nameri national park. Nameri is situated in foothills of Himalaya and is quite famous for the adventure activities in and around the national park. The main attractions are jungle trekking inside Nameri national park, river rafting on Jia Bhoroli river and angling in Jia Bhoroli river. Nameri national park is also home to a wide range of animals like Indian bison, wild boar, deer, leopard, stag and different Himalayan birds. The stay will be at a beautiful resort/hotel in Nameri.

Day 8

Nameri Sightseeing (70km/8hrs)

Next day would be an adventurous day at Nameri national park. First we will take you to jungle trekking of Nameri. After completing trekking, we would then take you to the river rafting spot of Jia Bhoroli River. We will then wait for you at the end point. After completing the adventures and sightseeing, the stay will be at the same place in Nameri.

Day 9

Nameri to Guwahati, Airport Drop (240km/5hrs)

We will pick you up from the Hotel and drop you at Guwahati airport according to your departure time with sweet memories of the trip with Paradise Northeast.

Pickup and drop from Guwahati Airport / Railway station/Bus station.

Vehicle Details

The standard package cost is calculated for either a Toyota Innova (AC) or a Mahindra Maarazzo (AC). So, a dedicated vehicle of the said type, with a dedicated driver, would be provided for all of the five package options.

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned.
Paradise Northeast does NOT have any HIDDEN CHARGES.
If someone asks for extra money during the journey, Please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our knowledge and consent.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and we will provide other options.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system.
There is no star category hotel available in all places. However, we provide the best possible option as per your tour category.
Certain hotel may enforce special tariffs for mandatory gala/dinner on special dates like Christmas and/or New Year's Eve etc. The surcharge in the hotel tariff is not included while calculating the total cost of the package. You may need to pay additional amount for certain hotels for some special dates.
The dedicated vehicle provided to you is only to serve you the itinerary. It is not at your disposal.
As per Tawang local laws, outside vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing. Therefore, we may have to arrange different local vehicle for Tawang sightseeing and we can’t assure about the quality of that vehicle as they provide vehicles as per their methods.
Credit Cards / Traveler's check are not freely accepted in many places.
In this region, roof carriers are not allowed in the vehicles. So, it is advised to bring luggage accordingly.
We advise you to check the temperature/weather of the places you are going to visit, and bring necessary clothes accordingly.
Woolen clothes, Jacket, Raincoat/Umbrella etc. are advisable to carry according to weather conditions.
We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Any extra breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Paradise Northeast has the right to upgrade any hotel room type or vehicle type without charging extra amount from the guest. However, we never downgrade the same.
The guest must carry photo identification like Passport, Voter ID Card or Driving License IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.

The normal check-in time for a hotel is 2 PM, and normal check-out time for a hotel is 11 AM. However, this is subjected to change as per the hotel policies. The timing of meals and/or inclusions of a certain hotel room are as per the hotel policies.
