Inclusions And Exclusions

Inclusions

• Accommodation as mentioned sharing basis and mentioned meal plan.
• All transportation will be organized by us through a dedicated air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver.
• Breakfast and Dinner is included in the package.
• A 1 litre packaged mineral water bottle for each person for each day of the tour will be provided.
• Pickup and drop from Guwahati Airport / Railway station / Bus station / Hotel.
• All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer.
• Driver allowance, Toll, Parking, Road Tax, Fuel charge, night halt, Interstate charges, Kaziranga Forest toll and forest guard welfare fees are included.
• Child below 5 yrs, sharing same bed with parents and sharing the vehicle seat with parents, will be complimentary and will be according to hotel rules.
• 5% GST is included in the total cost.

Exclusions

• All personal expenses including all other activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Meals those not mentioned in the inclusions.
• Entry fees of sightseeing spots, camera fees and optional activity/service costs like Rafting, Trekking, Guide fees etc are not included in the package.
• Optional around Tawang sightseeing (Bumla Pass, PTSO Lake, Naghula Lake, Sangester Lake etc.) taxi fare is not included in the package (Mandatory local taxi required for sightseeing). Approximate fare is INR 5,500 per taxi (with a seat capacity of 6 to 8 depending on the vehicle type).
• Any person sharing the room with the couple using an extra bed or mattress (making the room a triple occupancy room) will be charged extra. The Extra Person will be allocated a dedicated seat in the vehicle. Extra Person bookings are only available upon request.
• Anything not mentioned in the ‘Inclusions’ part.
• For Foreign Nationals, surcharges like national park entry fees, Protected Area Permit and mandatory guide fees (for Arunachal State trips) are excluded.

Terms of Booking and Payment

• For booking, 50% of the net package cost (price per person) must be deposited.
• Remaining 50% must be cleared before starting the tour from Guwahati.
• Payment options include NEFT, RTGS, IMPS (UPI), and Debit & Credit cards only. A convenience fee of 2.36% shall be levied for debit & credit card payments.
• Prices mentioned are for Indian nationals only.

Terms and Conditions

• Package rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned.
• Paradise Northeast does NOT have any HIDDEN CHARGES.
• If someone asks for extra money during the journey, Please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our knowledge and consent.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
• Hotels are selected through our feedback system. There is no star category hotel available in all places. However, we provide the best possible option.
• Rooms are available either on Double Occupancy, or Single Occupancy. Rooms on Triple Occupancy / rooms with extra bed or mattress are available only upon request. However, there will be a charge for Extra Person accompanying any couple (rooms on double occupancy).
• If any accompanying children require a dedicated seat in the vehicle, they will be considered as an Extra Person.
• If any accompanying children require an extra bed or mattress in the hotels, they will be considered as an Extra Person.
• Non-disclosure of accompanying children might lead to rejection of tour, and forfeiture of payments.
• Meals those included in the package will only be served either at the in-house restaurants of the hotel/resort or at any other tied-up restaurants or partner restaurants of Kaziranga Travels, as per operational convenience and under the proper supervision of our guide(s) and/or representative(s). The partner restaurants are selected through proper quality check, and feedback from our previous guests. However, if any disagreement arises with the choice of restaurants, we will not be liable for the additional incurrence of cost for the meal.
• The dedicated vehicle provided to you is only to serve you the itinerary. It is not at your disposal.
• The time for reporting at the vehicle for each morning shall be informed during the tour. This must be abided to maintain efficiency of sightseeing. We will be not liable for missing out on sightseeing as a result of tardiness. Travellers are advised to strictly follow instructions from the guide and/or driver and/or representative from our company.
• For itineraries with Tawang, as per Tawang local laws, outside vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing. Therefore, we may have to arrange different local vehicle for Tawang sightseeing and we can’t assure about the quality of that vehicle as they provide vehicles as per their methods.
• Credit Cards / Traveler's check are not freely accepted in many places. It is advised to keep some cash handy for personal expenses.
• In this region, roof carriers are not allowed in the vehicles. So, it is advised to bring luggage accordingly.
• We advise you to check the temperature/weather of the places you are going to visit, and bring necessary clothes accordingly.
• Woolen clothes, Jacket, Raincoat/Umbrella etc. are advisable to carry according to weather conditions.
• We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
• Any extra breakfast and/or bed sharing charge for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
• Paradise Northeast has the right to upgrade any hotel room type or vehicle type without charging extra amount from the guest. However, we never downgrade the same.
• The guest must carry photo identification like Passport, Voter ID Card or Driving License IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
• The normal check-in time for a hotel is 2 PM, and normal check-out time for a hotel is 11 AM. However, this is subjected to change as per the hotel policies. The timing of meals and/or inclusions of a certain hotel room are as per the hotel policies.
• Paradise Northeast is not responsible for acts of God or force major events, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, weather conditions, strikes and other labor activities, acts of terrorism, acts of war (declared or undeclared), quarantines, embargoes, blockades, criminal activities or any other act or event beyond the direct control of Paradise Northeast; and, not responsible for the additional costs for stay and/or meal and/or other expenses incurred by the consequence of such unfortunate events.
