Itinerary

Day 1

Airport Pickup

On arrival, we will welcome you at Jorhat Airport. Then, your designated represesntative will take you to your hotel in Jorhat. Overnight at Jorhat.

Day 2

Jorhat to Mokokchung, Mokokchung Sightseeing (120Km/4hrs)

Today after breakfast, we will start our journey towards Mokokchong, an urban habitat to Ao Naga. The Aos are one of the major Naga tribes of Nagaland. We will cover most of the popular tourist spots including the District Museum, the town main park, Ungma Village the oldest & largest Ao village. After a full day of sightseeing, back to hotel & overnight stay in Mokokchung.

Day 3

Mokokchung to Kohima, Kohima Sightseeing (170Km/7hrs)

Today, we will start to Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, situated at an altitude of 1444 mt above sea level. Although, Kohima is the land for Angami Nagas, but being a capital city it comprises of all the tribes of Nagaland. After reaching Kohima, we will check in to the hotel. Then, we will visit Kohima village or Bara Basti. The village is known for its natural beauty, traditions, culture and handicrafts. The village will welcome you with a large unique & impressive traditional gate elaborately carved with weapons, warriors and the skull of Mithun, a symbol of prosperity. After exploring this beautiful village, we will come back to hotel & overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 4

Kohima Sightseeing (80Km/7hrs)

After breakfast, we will go for local sightseeing including, Khonoma village, War cemetery, Kohima Cathedral, Kohima Museum etc. After full day of sightseeing, overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 5

Kohima to Imphal (160Km/5hrs)

Early morning, we will start towards, Imphal, the capital of Manipur. En-route we will visit Kisama, the Naga heritage village. The famous “Hornbill Festival” is held in Kisama, every year in the first week of December. This festival showcases a mixture of cultural displays under one roof. After reaching Imphal, check-in to hotel. Evening free at leisure, overnight stay in Imphal.

Day 6

Imphal Sightseeing (120Km/7hrs)

After breakfast, we will go for local sightseeing of the capital city of Manipur. Imphal is a scenic valley surrounded by hills on all sides. First, we will visit Loktak Lake – the largest freshwater lake in North-East India. Then, we will go to Keibul Lamjao National Park , an integral part of Loktak Lake & is the only floating park in the world. After Lunch, we will cover Kangla Palace, Lord Krishna Temple, Shri Govindajee Temple & local markets. Overnight stay in Imphal

Day 7

Imphal to Dimapur (220km/7hrs)

Today, we will start our return journey towards Dimapur. Dimapur is the commercial hub of Nagaland state. After 7 hours of journey we will check in to our hotel. Overnight stay in Dimapur.

Day 8

Dimapur to Jorhat, Airport Drop (150km/4hrs)

Our return journey continues today as well. We will start early to catch the afternoon flight in Jorhat airport. Finally, we will drop you at Jorhat airport with the sweet memories of the trip with Paradise Northeast

Inclusions

Accommodation as mentioned sharing basis and mentioned meal plan.
All transportation will be organized by us through an dedicated air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver.
Breakfast is included in the package.
Inner Line Permit for Nagaland and processing fees cost is included.
Pickup and drop from Guwahati Airport / Railway station/Bus station.
All sightseeing, land transfer & inter hotel transfer.
Driver allowance, Toll, Parking, Road Tax, Fuel charge, night halt, Interstate charges, Kaziranga Forest toll and forest guard welfare fees are included.
Child below 5 yrs sharing same bed with parents will be complimentary and will be according to hotel rules.

5% GST will be charged on the total cost.
Entry fees of sightseeing spots, camera fees and optional activity/service costs like Rafting, Trekking, Guide fees etc are not included in the package.

For Foreign Nationals, surcharges like national park entry fees, Protected Area Permit and mandatory guide fees (for Arunachal State trips) are excluded.

Vehicle Details

The standard package cost is calculated for either a Toyota Innova (AC) or a Mahindra Maarazzo (AC). So, a dedicated vehicle of the said type, with a dedicated driver, would be provided for all of the five package options.

Above rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned.
Paradise Northeast does NOT have any HIDDEN CHARGES.
If someone asks for extra money during the journey, Please inform us. We will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our knowledge and consent.
Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
In case of non availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and we will provide other options.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system.
There is no star category hotel available in all places. However, we provide the best possible option as per your tour category.
Certain hotel may enforce special tariffs for mandatory gala/dinner on special dates like Christmas and/or New Year's Eve etc. The surcharge in the hotel tariff is not included while calculating the total cost of the package. You may need to pay additional amount for certain hotels for some special dates.
The dedicated vehicle provided to you is only to serve you the itinerary. It is not at your disposal.
As per Tawang local laws, outside vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing. Therefore, we may have to arrange different local vehicle for Tawang sightseeing and we can’t assure about the quality of that vehicle as they provide vehicles as per their methods.
Credit Cards / Traveler's check are not freely accepted in many places.
In this region, roof carriers are not allowed in the vehicles. So, it is advised to bring luggage accordingly.
We advise you to check the temperature/weather of the places you are going to visit, and bring necessary clothes accordingly.
Woolen clothes, Jacket, Raincoat/Umbrella etc. are advisable to carry according to weather conditions.
We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
Any extra breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
Paradise Northeast has the right to upgrade any hotel room type or vehicle type without charging extra amount from the guest. However, we never downgrade the same.
The guest must carry photo identification like Passport, Voter ID Card or Driving License IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.

The normal check-in time for a hotel is 2 PM, and normal check-out time for a hotel is 11 AM. However, this is subjected to change as per the hotel policies. The timing of meals and/or inclusions of a certain hotel room are as per the hotel policies.
