Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for the Holiday Packages

Paradise Northeast follows standard universal cancellation policy to ensure complete transparency on the entire Holiday/Tour package booked with us. In the event of cancellation of holiday/tour package due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, you have to notify us the same in writing at info[at]paradisenortheast[dot]com and call at +917636O55222. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one travelling with you:

  • If you cancel more than 21 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 20% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel between 21 Days and 7 Days prior to arrival, you will be charged 35% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel between 7 Days and 24 Hours prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of total tour cost.
  • If you cancel less than 24 Hours prior to arrival, No refund will be provided.

    • Cancellation Policy for the Taxi Bookings

    You may need to cancel or reschedule your taxi / cab booking due to unanticipated circumstances sometimes. Though, we want to extend all due consideration to your circumstances but, given suppliers constraints and the nature of the industry, we are forced to collect the below cancellation fees.

    In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or any one travelling with you:

  • For cancellations done prior to 30 days or more of departure - 10% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.
  • For cancellations done between 15 to 29 days of departure - 20% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.
  • For cancellations done between 04 to 14 days of departure - 25% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.
  • For cancellations done between 00 to 03 days of departure - 50% cancellation fees of the Taxi cost will be appled.
